Why work with me?

As a holistic fitness coach, my goal is to not only provide customized workout programs but also offer nutrition coaching and habit/mindset coaching. Based on current scientific knowledge, there is a clear mind-body connection when it comes to wellness. With my extensive expertise in plant-based nutrition as a vegan for 8 years, I can offer valuable guidance in this area as well. What is Fitness?

The definition of Fitness is “to be made suitable.” So what does is mean to be suitable? In modern day fitness culture, suitable means “attractive”. This is why most people down-size their fitness goals to looking good, getting toned, losing weight, and increasing lean body mass. These are all good things that we want, but they are the byproducts achieved from a well-balanced fitness regimen. Becoming our best future selves requires a  well-balanced fitness routine including physical exercise, conscious eating, self-care, energy work, and mindfulness practice.
