My Philosophy
What is Fitness?
The definition of Fitness is “to be made suitable.” So what does is mean to be suitable? In modern day fitness culture, suitable means “attractive”. This is why most people down-size their fitness goals to looking good, getting toned, losing weight, and increasing lean body mass. These are all good things that we want, but they are the byproducts achieved from a well-balanced fitness regimen. Becoming our best future selves requires a well-balanced fitness routine including physical exercise, conscious eating, self-care, energy work, and mindfulness practice.
